Good God!! since when publishing true news is a crime...ohhh...wait, i forgot, this is Malaysia, boleh-land, IT IS A CRIME TO PUBLISH THE TRUTH BUT IT IS OK TO DETONATE MONGOLIANS and DUMP THOSE INTO ISA FOR FIGHTING FOR ANYONE'S RIGHT.

..on the other hand, it quickens up the entire process of elimination..of BN of course.

LOL! Sdr brew, you simply could not resist it, could you!
Dragging KMH into your comment... so be it for its you who tinks he knows best!
Its amazing after all these years serving that organization, you still fail to realise how MSM works...
Dont expect the editor, printer, publisher to be dragged into this fray of police investigations.
All and yonder have created enough buffers to ensure its always that reporter, writer, journalist, pen-pusher, analyst or commentator who is left holding the hot patato.
Havent you ever wondered why is it its always the reporter, writer, journalist, penpusher, analyst or commentator who ends up having their statement recorded in the absence of legal counsel, and I mean "real" legal counsel and not law graduates. But then you were once the anointed one amongst the MSM and you should know what we are talking about. When the *&^% hit the ceiling, reporters are always left to fend for themselves.
Name one MSM desk manager who will take the heat for the reporters???

  7. Saudara Rocky,

    The newspapers said about
    Now the shadow play
    Police report by PM department?

    Why sink so low?
    Building bush fires
    To hide the real issues
Let the media and people talk
Let them have something to chew

    Now the Police
    Start running after the reporters
    Who? Where? How? When?
When cases of Sharlini and others
Still hanging somewhere on the streets

    UMNO/BN
    Cruising without plan
    Thinking about the frogs
    The land below the wind
    The land of the hornbills
    And the silly pests underground

    Now who cares about ethics?

Maybe Kali was not aware the report had fallen on Nazri's lap.

And Nazri had only acted as a true journalist when he decided to publish the report.

So the police report is agaainst Nazri and not Kali.

This is the worst wayang kulit I have ever encountered. This is shit. This is the pits. Imagine PM;s department going after New Shit Times. This is motherducking shit. Hey, Datuk Syed Nadzri, enough of wayang kulit. Hey, Hishamuddin Ann, enough of fucking wayang kulit. We have had enough of political shit games. The games ended in the last elections. Stop playing games, Umno.

    Cool it, brudders!
By now, you should know how the PM's spin machine works.
The news was purposely leaked out prematurely to cause maximum damage to those affected, like Dr M.
Next, to pre-emp any legal action from those affected, the spin-makers quickly issue a police report to make it look like the leakage was unintentional.

The oldest trick in the book..and bro Rocky, you fell for it!

All they ever wanted is PR so that behind the “clean slate”
They can screw the public again.

Just like using NEP for over 40 years
As an excuse to screw the people and country.

Have you all not learned anything yet from them after 50 years of crap.

Pride of Unmo where old habits die hard.

Get rich first by screwing the people and country
Get richer then by screwing the people and country harder
Then pass on the success formula to offspring so that they can screw the people and country all over again.

  18. CABARAN AWANG MAYA UNTUK DSAI

Jika Datuk Sri Anwar Ibrahim (DSAI) benar-benar ikhlas dan jujur untuk memperjuangkan KEHENDAK RAKYAT, maka Awang ingin MENCABAR DSAI sebagai pemimpin de facto PKR menggesa ketua pembankang di Parlimen (Secara kebetulan merupakan isteri beliau) agar mengemukakan USUL agar Datuk Sri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi (AAB) meletak jawatan.

Kenapa Awang mencabar DSAI berbuat demikian?

Jadi DSAI, sahutlah cabaran Awang demi memperjuangkan kehendak rakyat.

    2. Zaid Ibrahim

    3. Anti-Mahathir members of the the Commission

    4. The bar council.

The newspapers have always been used by 4th Floor to test the water.

Now Zaid will use OSA against Hisham Aun, wong chun wai & co.

By the way, when the Star broke the story, it was like a BIG slap on the face for nst newsdesk (small slaps are normal to Nst newsdesk). It reflected how incompetent the desk is. That day, Nst, if you realise, only used a Bernama report, how sad.

    So what next?

It's not "wayang kulit", it's a "political thing'!Gwo Burne, the movie maker, said this in today's The Star.

The political thing is not between UMNO and PAS or PKR or DAP. It's between AAB and TDM. They wanted media and the public to prosecute TDM. That's why the "leak". The police report is just to hide their role in the "political thing".

Gwo Burne himself disagreed that investigation should include TDM because TDM was victimised by the people who surrounded him. But, see what was in the NST? People who are not learned enough would have already see that TDM is guilty.

AAB is really, really weak! Saw how weak is him on tv just now! Pity him. He's being surrounded by people who are the real "natang"!

Following the police reports lodged, has the NUJM made any official statement... everyone else has.
Any particular reason they remain silent and salient.
Noted your comments about NUJM in conjuction with WPF Day...
Much water has flown under the bridge since the famed AWACS expose/scoop which led to a former defence correspondent facing charges framed under the then OSA.
Our queries revealed that the editor then stood by his reporter and the story. A hefty fine was imposed and it was after this, the OSA was tightened to include mandatory imprisonment. The said editor was also removed. Had the editor checked the mail, would have saved the embarassment of attending the ONE dinner.
    All this during TDMs tenure...
    Correct, correct, correct...???

    The Pillaging Has Started
    Posted by Vineeth Menon

In these closing days of wretched UMNO/BN rule of Malaysia, a widespread and wholesale pillaging of the nation's resources has started and will continue until the corrupt BN regime is finally kicked out of power.

This can be seen from the recent spate of dubious acquisitions that a major bank in our country has been making in some ludicrous Third World countries. These overpriced acquisitions are at best, ill thought out, and at worse an outright attempt to empty the bank's kitty before it is handed over to the next government.

I fear that the bank's maneuvers are only a small part of an insidious "scorched earth policy" conducted by those who know their end in this country is near and are ready to flee elsewhere with as much as they can grab.

I also foresee widespread destruction of files, documents and computer systems and infrastructure in every state and federal ministry in an attempt to cover whatever corrupt and grossly lopsided contracts that have been given out by those who have become so comfortable in raping the country. This has already been done in the 5 states before the PR won control. Even the ordinary man in the street can notice that the law enforcement agencies are starting to pick on them for every petty infraction so as to collect their due at every shady nook and cranny in the country. Even twenty dollars in lieu of the usual 50-ringgit norm.

It is to be hoped that by raising the alarm bells now, we can at least try to minimize the damage that the country will suffer in event of a change of government. Let those who support a change in government begin to make back-up copies of important files and documents so that important information will not be lost forever in the event the BN os thrown out and the Rakyat will know the whole truth of what has been done to Malaysia these 50 years.

We must also be prepared to suffer the first few years as the carnage and destruction to the nation's information database will be so severe if we do not take precautions now.

No politician and government servant under the previous administration are to leave the country until a proper handover of portfolios and ministries has been completed to ensure proper accountability.
