  9. Rocky, some of our judges are corrupt, some incompetent and yes some in the pocket of the powers that be.

I don't think one judgement either way can be a sweeping judgement or indictment of the judical system.

Only once there is comprehensive reform and the independence of the judicial system firmly established and seen to be established can we see there is no bias to one side or another in the system.

Please don't forget "Correct, correct correct". That did not simply come out of the vacumn but was part of a long-standing culture and now needs to be rooted out. From al the tales I have heard from lawyers, there seems to be some level of corruption in the system.

This distrust of many people have agains tthe judicial system too is not born out of a vacumn. The smoke was there a long time ago.

    The difference is that
(1)Umno journalists call for a ban on newspapapers other than NST, Utusan, Berita Harian.
    (2) Umno lawyers support detention without trial

See, Umno is like a swine flu that affects the brain of its suffers.

  13. We shall accept the court's ruling, there shall be no lying down on the road, drama in the Dewan and you shall need not to drag our speaker out. We shall accept the Court's decision even when it is not on our side.

There shall be no need for a sitting under a tree nor will we use the name of the Sultan Of Perak for our political benefit.

Though BN clearly thinks that elections at this point of time is taking away precious resources, time given the challenge we are facing today if indeed the state government is dissolved then elections we shall contest.

saja nybuk, Bro Rocky I truly believe that if they do statewide Dewan Undangan Negeri election, BN sure will win, coz, all Malay already see how kalangkabut it was under Pakatan & it won't be any undi kesian or fedup, or hate anymore. It will shut up the PKR & PAS. But still it involves duit rakyat & Rakyat lah yg akan rugi at the end.

  22. Bro, while the High Court judge decision confirmed that Nizar is still the legitimate MB and he also confirmed that BN has 31 Supporters while Nizar has minority 28 Supporters. The way I see it all along is that Pakatan is just trying to stem the inevitable and that they are in the minority and have already lost power.

Bro, the Sultan has the powers to dissolve the DUN he also knows that BN has 31 seats majority. I think the Sultan will consent to an emergency sitting of the DUN to put right, the rights of the majority and not dissolve the assembly as requested by Nizar.

In the emergency sitting a motion will be put in to sack Nizar as MB which will be supported by the 31 BN Adun majority to respect the high court direction on how an MB should be sacked according to the Perak Constitution.

So today the High Court have paved the way to make right a mistake that was done by the BN Majority when appointing Zambry as MB, it is not actually an outright win by Nizar and Pakatan, it is just a reprieve for them. They cannot continue to deprive the BN majority, of its rights to administer Perak.

Pakatan supporters, please be reminded that while BN respects the decision of the High Court today, it ain't over until the fat lady sings.

Dear PR Leaders and PR supporters,

Congratulations to DS Nijar and PR Leaders for they who won the 1st half battle of the constitutional issues but don't be too carried away for this moment.

UM-No/BN (Najis/Zombie) not going to just let off the current political developments of the court ruling as they would appeal soon. It might be a strategy of getting the Rakyat thought that the judiciary commisssion was acting justifiably in the 1st half of this battle but on the 2nd half, the court may ruled otherwise. Be reminded that this agency (JC) is still the UM-No/BN horse.

Once this happen, PR will have a major set back and cry fouls of the JC's integrity and therefore any objections by PR of the court ruling that cannot be accepted by PR would be seen as uncivilised or "KIASU" !! (The 1st half UM-No/BN can accept court ruling but 2nd half court ruling cannot be accepted by PR).

PR just have to be very careful and strategizing the next course of action.
Anyway, as supporter of PR, I still believe in people's power and the best solutions to end the whole episode is to dissolved the assembly and go for a fresh elction.

The PERAK peoples and MINDFULL Malaysian are 1000% behind PR.

    Secondly,today is UMNO's 63rd birthday. what a surprise birthday present, no? =p

Padan muka najib for being over reacting by trying to destabilized the PR states while all he should do is to focus on the BN states that he is leading. Shows a lot about his personal leadership. He's insecure about his power.

About the ruling, it is wise that the High Court has restored Nizar, no matter how bad he is as a leader. Its all Najibs fault for playing Anwar's trick

and now its not going with plan he should therefore not re appeal the decision and focus on helping the rakyat! thats what matters now.

But if today Zambry be the MB, we will never blame the judge, as long as the judgment is justify righthfully. But when judge given out a very bullshit reason just to punish rakyat or opposition, we not only hate him but we will remember it for a quite long time.

and show us homw many cases where jduges interpretation of the laws are absurd and clearly unfair and

then show us how many of these casesa re on record and how does it compare to the number of good cases decided.

can they show that the ratio of mistakes or 'biased judgment' as they would put it is any worse than a fortune 500 CEO's record or the record of any judiciary system they care to quote. if it is markedly worse then I will beleive them,

You said Hee Yit Foong should be brought to court for her illegal usurpation of the Speaker's position.

Art Harun the lawyer has brilliantly argued the case that in law and in fact the Perak State Assembly on 7 May, although it was called by Sivakumar , but had not started. Sivakumar's call for the removal of the Anybody with a knowledge about the legally in the conduct of meetings or as members of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries will know under the law on meetings, that the proceedings in the Perak State Assembly was not legal, since the Assembly sitting had not started. All the motions of removal of Sivakumar as business of the day and the usurpation of powers by Hee Yit Foong are not valid in law and in fact. Thus, Sivakumar under the law is still the Perak Speaker, and not R Ganesan

    look at the bigger picture!

yes, the court favored the opposition this time.

but bn party has nothing to lose by losing perak which it had already lost in the 12th general election.

the court's decision today just to obtain the public endorsement and all to label that the judiciary is fair and not bias to the government.

but remember all, come anwar ibrahim al-juburi's case, he will be found guilty of his charge, and you all people cannot anymore say the court is biased as you all have cemented your view on the free and fair judiciary.

  63. It is not Pakatan supporters who need a clean judiciary, it is Malaysia that needs it. Get that to your head. Secondly, you can't deny that Malaysia's judiciary is tainted and has failed. So a good judgement made by a certain judge is not reflective of what others do or the entire system. Thirdly, you argued (before) that Pakatan will lose any court ruling bcoz the Sultan has the right to suspend the MB and appoint anyone in replacement. That was a toddler's claim that even the Ag and the old Mahathir have rubbished and anyone who read the Perak and the Fderal constitution will simply see that Nizar was and still is the MB unless removed through a vote in the DUN. Fourthly, BN lost all the way. It lost Perak again. It badly lost Bukit Gantang (which is adding to their fear to face an election). It lost the public support, it lost the fence sitters, it lost the image needed for acceptance, it lost all it has invested in. Remember, Ridwan too was a judge who made the famed ludicrous rulings which have been set aside by the Federal Court. So your Rockybru argument that the judiciary is free is a pathetic attempt to gain consolation rather than the truth.

If Zamry wants to be the MB, he should have the balls to beg Perakians and get their support, otherwise behaving like a pirate and hiring thugs to humiliate elected leaders is not leadership. It is mafiosa. And only pathetic brains or parasites that feed on that shame can support such lunacy. If a man (nizar) calls for a duel (a fight), you take on him. If you are wrestled to the ground, accept it. If you win, you rein supreme. Simple!

"Apa caranya? Cara makanan ke? Saya sanggup berenti makan kari dan muruku. Panas kata orang."

    "Tidak," Nizar jawab.

Sivakumar tanya lagi, "Ada pakai ubat herba? Ada baca-baca ke?"

    "Tidak," jawab Nizar sekali lagi.

Sivakumar terus bertanya, "Ada urut ke? Saya sanggup apa saja, brader."

"Cakaplah. cakaplah. ... Saya mahu dengar. Saya mahu dengar. Saya mahu dengar. Saya mahu dengar. ..." Tak OKU pulak Si Sivakumar.

Betul-betul tak sabar macam Ngeh tak sabar nak bubar DUN Perak untuk letak calun DAP Melayu yang sanggup jadi MB Boneka.

    Melepaslah PKR dan PAS.

Nizar pun beritahu. Katanya, "Kalau nak anak putih, caranya senang. Masa tengah bersama isteri jangan masuk habis tetapi separuh jalan saja."

"Oh itu macam? Tak apalah asal dapat anak yang cerah."

    ----------------------------

Dia menjerit, "Ah lantaklah. Tak kira. Hitam hitamlah."

    Dia terus masuk sepenuhnya.

    Kah, Kah, Kah !

How naive can some people be ! A victory for Nizar ? Perhaps something to shout about, esp by those in PAS. But most Perakians, esp the Malays, know fully well that the victory does not go to PAS, even to PKR but to the party that really control and dictate terms to the naive and simplistic leader. All PAS members are Malays. Nizar is a Malay. But he is more PAS than a Melayu !!!
Hope he can dish out more land titles to others far more than the 999 years that he had to agree to ! Sure take their orders and commands, sir !
What the hell, let's see and try to feel and taste how our brothers are faring in a neighbouring state ! Learn from them ! Learn how to live in a strict authoritarian rule. Learn how to behave and realize that what we are brave (and kurang ajar) to do here in this country, will never be tolerated in that state ! Sorry, no way can you challenge everything in court ! No way can you demonstrate crazily in the streets ! No way can you speak badly of the policy makers ! No way can you protest against premptive (like the ISA) measures ! You can be hauled up for just wearing anti-govt T-shirts ! In this state, which group is actually marginalised ?

But wow, over here in Malaysia, the govt is so tolerant that after a few protests, some detainees are freed after only a few months of detention. Worse still one of the sounds so cocky, unrepentent and never gracious in words and deeds. Never thankful !

How I wish the govt is more strict and perhaps more military-like ! If this country is like our neighbour to the north-west, then the 'samsengs' that we see everyday will be reduced to mere 'frightened mice'. In a republic bro !!!

Come up, wake up brothers ! Listen not to the traitors among us ! Let us not sell 'our souls' to the hypocrites, who make us look and work for them, like idiots and street urchins ! They who relentlessly crave for power use us for their selfish dreams. These hypocrites had already sold their souls and their own race. The sad thing is, in their feverish chase and clamouring for power, they don't even realize they selling off their own brothers and sisters to the 'devils', akin to those in a neighbouring state !
Woe betide these traitors ! Our children and their children and their children will curse those of us who selfishly forget our origins just to have a taste of power. And while relishing this temporary thrill, we sell our souls to the devils !!!!

    My advice to Najib.
    1. Do not repeat Pak Lah's stupidity if you want to redeem UMNO again.
    2. Go and advise Perak Sultan to consent for fresh election.
    3. Do not be afraid of facing the RAKYAT in Perak because your objective is just to redeem UMNO after stupid Pak Lah era.
    4. Even if BN is defeated, its OK becuase it is easier to clean up your image to public compared to Pak Lah era.
    5. You must be willing to sacrifice a bit in Perak to regain in next general election.
    6. Show to RAKYAT you are able to do whatever you said during the UMNO general assembly.
    7. Listen to RAKYAT becuase they are the real power.
    8. Remove all ball carriers in UMNO.

Then you wouldn't be spinning, THEY would. But wait.. So then THEY'd have to write a draft of your draft to some other people to approve they aren't spinning.

    And so on.

This is called writing a history book. And the people who are pissed off are those who do not get any drafts to review and rewrite.

    But NOOOOOOO ...

THEY want a SOLID mandate. What is more solid than a simple majority? Some more, the 3 were formerly their own party members.

  109. Rocky,

This i dont understand about the mentality of the PR, the rakyat has given the opportunity to give mandate to elect the people that they feel the best person to represent them. That is the last PRU.

This rep or adun will represent the voice of its constituency. And they with the best of their capability will act on behalf of their constituency.

Thus, PR should not ask for another election because they did form the govt based on the majority of adun wanting them to form the govt.

Now, their fate is on hands of the adun currently sitting at the dewan, not the rakyat anymore. Are they not respecting rakya decision the last time by the rakyat choices of their representative ?

It is my believe that PR is making a mockery of rakyat's decision by asking for another election.

I am a rakyat of Perak and i dont want another election. I have made my choice the last time around and there is not guarantee that if there is another election that the situation will improve. It may just get worse than it is.

And if they there in another election, PT can guarantee that they will lose my vote.

    Bro,

Need your comment on this latest article from The Star where the paper quoted Dr. Zambry as follow:

**Zambry compares himself to Mandela, Gandhi**
He said a person did not need to hold a post in his struggle to uphold the truth, and likened the recent struggles faced by him and his “comrades from the Barisan Nasional” to those endured by politicians like Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi.

“Nelson Mandela sacrificed his freedom for 27 years in order to free South Africans from the grip of ‘apartheid.’

“Gandhi also sacrificed his life for the sake of India’s independence and so his people would be able to live without caste or religious boundaries,” he said.

Dr Zambry said however that it was lucky for him that his struggles had not caused him physical harm or loss of freedom.

And this is from Dr. Zambry blog:

    **PERMULAAN SEBUAH LAGI PERJUANGAN**

(I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear. )

Did Dr. Zambry said that he is like Mandela and Gandhi or he try to say that his struggle is not as bad as both example. Is that a correct way of reporting by this paper? I think the above give two different meaning altogether. May be my english is very bad.... just wondering.

    1. Orang PERAK memang suka kan drama maklumlah nak lari daripada fikir pasal kegawatan ekonomi..

    2. Sampai sekarang kerajaan PR yg jadi pemerintah di 4 negeri langsung tak membantu rakyat yang kehilangan kerja.. trutama di Pulau Pinang bila isu ini dibangkitkan SALAH kan KERAJAAN PERSEKUTUAN (cara mudah).

    3. Sampai sekarang ANWAR IBRAHIM, RAJA PETRA,TIAN CHUA,LIM KIT SIANG, KARPAl SINGH,RONNIE LIU,TERESA KOK,NIK AZIZ tak bantu buktikan bahawa SAIRUL dgn AZILAH hanya laksanakan perintah NAJIB..MANA BUKTI yg diwar warkan ada itu??

Kita PERLUKAN sekarang!!

An appeal filed at 9.30 a.m., heard at 11.30 a.m. by a single judge on the court of appeals (when the usual quorum is 3 judges) whom none of us has even heard of. Ask your paymaster who selected the judge. Why not Gopal Sri Ram or James Foong ?

You see, the main difference between a elected government, and a forced government is, wherever the forced govt officials go, the public at large will probably show them the middle finger, and a couple of "stfu" body language. 140. As I have said before, haste is needed by Pakatan to launch a suit against Hee Yit Foong for illegally usurping the powers of the Speaker of the House. Let her bring her feeble Article 32(a) of the Perak State Constitution defense to court and watch as the defense lawyers shred her to pieces.

In light of the recent Court of Appeals lightning fast stay of execution against the High Court's decision today, we must now go all out to reinstate Sivakumar as the Speaker of the House and that can be achieved by declaring Hee Yit Foong's actions as unconstitutional.

Najib and Zambry may be overjoyed with the Court of Appeals ruling, but the people of Perak and Malaysia are not stupid. As Najib said last night, now we say it back to him "jangan terlalu teruja".

As for Zambry asking Nizar to vacate the office, Pakatan should comply. However Zambry "Mandela-Gandhi" Kadir should not be too presumptuous as to assume that he is now the Menteri Besar of Perak. In effect, the ruling has plunged Perak into a state without a legitimate state government, Menteri Besar and Speaker of the House.

This is because the High Court has ruled that at all material times Nizar was, is and will be the legitimate Menteri Besar of Perak. The Court of Appeals has only granted an injunction against the rulings of the High Court. Therefore, the legality of Zambry "Mandela-Gandhi" Kadir's position has not yet been decided by the courts.

As for the Attorney General's assertions that the state assembly secretary cannot be suspended by the state government because he is a federal appointee may be true. But the state assembly secretary has broken the law and ignored the separation of powers and went against the Perak State Constitution. That alone is grounds for immediate dismissal. Or is the Attorney General saying that we should let unelected and unaccountable civil servants run the state government without having to pay heed to the legitimate state government as well as the people of the state?

Pakatan Rakyat and its supporters would do well not to oppose the Court of Appeals rulings. Show Barisan Nasional that we are not hypocrites. Although in our deepest of hearts we know that truth and the people's power is far greater than any compromised court of law will ever be. And that is why Barisan Nasional and specifically Najib "1Malaysia" Razak and Zambry "Mandela-Gandhi" Kadir are cowards and do not have the guts (and two balls) to face Pakatan Rakyat in the highest court of the land - the court of the people i.e. elections.

And so the barbarians descended on the gates of the smoldering remains of the once glittering citadel. Their whoops of triumphal splitting the still evening air, their ululations of joy cleaving the silence of the gathering dusk, their cries of vengeance cutting the cool evening breeze, their swords upraised ready to smite the sane, the innocent, the infirm as visions of women, wealth, wine and power danced before their sights.

Within the last vestiges of civilisation, sanity, logic and reason crouched and fidgeted nervously under the shadows thrown by the somber rays of the dying sun while outside the firmaments quivered as the shroud of darkness advanced menacingly, imbecility, insanity and lust cowering like the three dwarfs of the apocalypse within his long flowing cloaks, scimitars unsheathed they leapt out unawares and roamed unfettered amidst the crumbling ruins swearing at all and sundry and cussing the messenger for reasons unbeknownst.

The two paragraphs encapsulates the reactions of the Fakatan scum thus far. A sprinkling of observations devoid of objectivity from the elitists amongst them, a tablespoonful of toned down responses from the mentally challenged and linguistically deficient hoi polloi and an abundance of inane chatter and monkey shrieks from macaques and baboons swinging on the trees overhead have thus far been the sum of Fakatan responses to this outcome.

Scrolling down the screen, one is confronted by a slew of intellectually malnourished and imaginatively emaciated comments that lack any semblance of objectivity, any whiff of originality and any hint of reason. Comment after comment reek the self same ad hominem fulminations against the blogmaster and the same old arguments are rehashed in different permutations ad nauseum that one gets the feeling that PR had perfected the ultimate mind machine that can spew identical inane garbage to be transmitted at the speed of light over cyberdom. Thus, the reputation of poor ol Rocky is torn to shreds by a pack of thought cannibals and he has to bear the Cross of Iniquity as he ascends his personal Golgotha like a latter-day Christ about to be crucified by a coterie of insane Pharisees. .

Save for praising the courage of the judge (as if wigged personalities helming the bench are clueless cowards), there is no insightful critical analysis or intellectual perusal of the verdict and its implications. No objective analysis and dispassionate rational arguments are put forth to opine whether the decision is regressive or progressive in advancing constitutional case law, no intellectual dissection is made upon the judgment and its grounds particularly its over reliance on Stephen Kalong Ningkan vs Governor of Sarawak (1966) in which CJ Harley, in making his decision, underlined his reservations about certain issues surrounding Ningkan’s initial dismissal ( see page 195 of judgment). In fact, Ningkan’s case has become a millstone around Malaysia’s interpretation of Constitutional law pertaining to the resignation/dissolution of the executive/parliament, a millstone that threatens to nullify once and for all the notion of a living, evolving constitution and plausibly used by a scum who may refuse to resign when confidence is but a wisp of smoke.( and what a mockery that will be) and hold the whole nation and democracy itself to ransom. No, none of these issues were examined. Instead, like a pack of mad hyenas, the PR scum descended on Rocky to tear his objectivity to shreds and to label him ‘ a spin whore’ while the reputation of our judiciary, a respected institution, was dragged through the muck with sundry accusations being leveled against it. To justify such a perception and validate the argument, the wraiths of Lingam, Eusoff Chin were released from their vaults and allowed to flit through the cloistered corridors of cyberdom while the palpable living realities of Hishamuddin, Gopal Sri Ram, the late Abdul Malek, Shaik Majid et al., were buried under the blanket of convenience. Oh, how easy it is to be an idiot and how conveniently can Truth and Objectively be strangled to nourish a Lie. But that is precisely how the thought neutered, intellect sodomised Fakatan zombies operate.

Hence the maxim :Justice is Blind” is replaced with the cliché : one swallow doesn’t a summer make as if all the swallows that winged by in spring, autumn and the Malaysian “winter” were nothing more than a phantasmagoric illusion of a madman’s hallucination. How laughable can idiots get!. (Even a sweet lady was cyberraped of her innocence by the PR scum). But it is the idiot’s laughter that echoes triumphantly through the hallways of cyberdom and as its primeval echoes flit over the verdant valleys and forested hills of Malaysia, the realization slowly dawns upon us, the sane ones, that after years of conception in dysfunctional family institution, the birth pangs that herald the arrival of intellectual barbarians and thought dwarfs is well nigh and with that Malaysia is about to descend into the abyss…………

Yet in the floatsam of Fakatan shit and rubbish, a few nuggets of wisdom glitter in the fading light. It took a father to proclaim the fact.

Yes ayah (4.49pm) , you have described the PR vermin with eschatological and metaphorical accuracy, amazing!

: Macam tengok dunia dengan mata sebiji la…….

Hmmm….mata sebiji = the one eyed dajjal . Yeah, the fakatan scum are the offspring of Dajjal , a matter of time before the Beast shows himself in these parts.

Ab Bakar Ab rahman (precisely at 6pm), you hit the nail on the head with your views on the sectarian implications especially for the natives. Kudos, Sir!!

P/S : Though I don’t know you personally, I salute your courage and resolve for patiently standing up to all those withering and asinine slurs hurled at you. Bro, saya terbaca ini dekat the star, nak share dengan you dan kawan kawan semua: Umno veteran Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah has urged the Sultan of Perak to dissolve the Assembly to prevent the political imbroglio in the state from spiralling out of control.

In a blog posting on Monday, he noted that he had written on Feb 7 that Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Nizar Jamaluddin was still the legal mentri besar despite the takeover by Barisan Nasional.

He had said then that according to the state constitution, Nizar was the mentri besar until he resigned of his own accord or was removed by a vote of no confidence in a formal sitting of the Assembly.

The Perak constitution makes no provision for his removal by any other means, including by petitions or instructions from any other authority, he had written then.

“Today, after three months and yet more shameful scenes, the High Court affirmed the same elementary principle, and held that Nizar has been and remains the mentri besar,” Tengku Razaleigh wrote on Monday,

The High Court also ordered Datuk Seri Zambry Abdul Kadir and his executive officers to vacate their offices, and rejected an application from Zambry for a stay of proceedings pending an appeal.

Tengku Razaleigh urged the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah, to dissolve the Assembly.

“This is the decent thing to do, but also the only way out of a crisis which has already spiralled out of Perak, damaged the rule of law, compromised the judiciary, the police and the state civil service, and damaged the monarchy in public opinion,” he said.

He said the Dr Zambry’s administration had been illegitimate all along and all decisions and contracts were made without legal status.

“The cascade of illegalities we warned of must now be unwound painfully. This includes the deplorable events of May 7 in Ipoh. It means the resolution to replace the Speaker was brought by an illegal state government,” he added.

In his no holds barred style, Tengku Razaleigh also said that the monarchy itself has been embarrassed by this episode, as well as by “a systematic programme by some to inflame this issue into one of race and treason.”

“Such attempts only hurt the institutions they claim to protect, and they hurt Umno and Barisan Nasional.

“The real issue has always been the Constitution and the Rule of Law, and the monarchy is protected in its role of upholding the primacy of the Constitution.

“Umno is not well served by leaders who place short-term political objectives above the Constitution,” he added.

    Read this:

We now have reason to fear the loss of the people’s confidence in the Constitution, in democracy and in our constitutional monarchy. Responsible political leadership must support rather than destroy the confidence of the people in these practices and institutions. In particular, powers reserved for the Legislative Assembly, which represents the sovereign will of the people, cannot be taken away under any circumstances by anyone. This foundational constitutional principle has been affirmed by the Court. We are all sworn to uphold it. Those who do not understand or accept this principle have no place in government.

Kini sekali lagi keputusan bijak demi kepentingan rakyat perlu diambil.

Kini jawapannya cuma satu desakan rakyat.

Gerakkan rakyat perbagai latar belakang segera !!!

cheGuBard bersama Mohamad Sabu pernah dibicarakan sehingga 3 Majisteret bertukar kerana bersikap adil.

    Ayuh bangkit !!!!!!!!

only in Malaysia when somebody is declared an illegitimate Menteri Besar can still operate as one. I agree that these matters should not be handled by the courts anymore but the people themselves.
Go vote in the next election and make sure you throw out all the clowns.

  177. Chegubard, after reading your rhetorical article, I think you are not interested in democracy and the rule of law. You are turning into a budding anarchist who only respect the law when you think it is favourable to you or your political beliefs.

It is unfortunate that in your warped and perverted sense of logic everything that is positive for Barisan Nasional is wrong and Pakatan is everything right eventhough they are glaringly wrong.

Yes Anwar will have his day in court in July 2009, let the court be the judge whether Anwar is guilty of the charge or not:

"That you(Anwar Ibrahim) on June 26,2008 between 3.01pm and 4.01pm at Unit 11-5-1, Desa Damansara Condominium, No 99 Jalan Setiakasih, Bukit Damansara in the Wilayah Perseketuan of Kuala Lumpur intentionally had intercourse against the order of nature with Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan where you INSERTED YOUR PENIS INTO HIS ANUS and therefore YOU HAD COMMITTED A CRIME punishable under Section 377B of the Penal Code"

chegubard, The last time Anwar got away in the Federal Court Appeal in his first sodomy trial was based on on a 2-1 split decision based onthe inaccuracy of the date and place of the crime in the charge against Anwar even though ALL the Federal Court judges agreed that Anwar had committed the sordid act at some point in time. Funny isnt't it that I do not remember you or any of the Pakatan supporters including Lim Kit Siang or Azizah PKR President complained about the ruling which had benefited Anwar and Pakatan.

So, chegubard be a sporting gentleman lah, why not allow the court space to hear Anwar's case before you attempt to conduct your own trial in the media of the Judge's decision even before the trial starts. Anything less just shows that you are just a mere apologist and ball carrier for Anwar Ibrahim.

It seems the constitution can be tailormade to suit the whoever the political master of the day..

The constitution must be rewritten to say that the elected government will continue to govern till the end of it's term irrespective of a loss in majority in the assembly. This will prevent habitual frogs from cheating the rakyat

They know there is no way for them to win, that's why they have to prevent any election from being held. however, it does look stupid - but then BN has been stupid - because i do not think there is anyway they can get back perak, after all the ridiculous things that have
happened in the last two months.
the crisis works towards BN disfavour. I think any good politician can see it.

Well, you can say that umno is really diabolical. umno can condemn dap till end of this world and yet, umno forked out rm25m for the si katak tempang from dap, umno sure like to prostitute themselves with the enemies. umno said si katak tempang is a patriot, umno is also very pro in spinning stories, the truth - patriot is someone who is devoted to people and humanity whereas si katak tempang is devoted to umno and its prostitution.
If rm25m is given to poor folks in perak, many lives would not suffered in poverty and at least better basic living.
umno is beyond redemption, umno is power crazy to the extent of colluding with the enemies for power and thereby, it is proven NOT people oriented. If there is a snap election which umno is strongly against this snap election, please vote NO to diabolical umno!

Zambry filed in his stay application at the Court of Appeal at 9.30am, case heard at 11.30pm, and verdict granted by 1.15pm.

Nizar filed his application to set aside the stay order at the Court of Appeal at 2.20pm. His lawyers also filed a certificate of urgency for the hearing but case hearing on 18 April.

What the double standard Rocky? UMNO had done nothing to earn my vote.

    Yelah tu Rocky,

Hari ini Nizar MB, besok Zambry file stay order kat Court of Appeal pukul 9am, Hearing pukul 11am, Judge pulak seorang aje, Judgement pukul 1pm.

Efficient gilo, court of appeal. Mesti world record nie.

Lusa Nizar file balik appeal, tapi kena tunggu sampai Jam 5pm, dan hearing on 18th May.

Wah...memang adil betul court kita nie.

Hey, Warrior. Since you wax so eloquent, why don't you tell our PM to articulate your views (uncensored, unedited and unexpurgated) to the likes of Hu Jintao, Wen Jibao and Manmohan Singh? Go on, boy - let's see if the PM has the testicular fortitude to convey your views as his own to an expectant audience of Tongkanese and Hindutuva proponents out there.

So, how about it, boy? Are you big enough to bust your britches, kick a** and take names, like they do in the US Marines or the Navy Seals?

If the government don't need to change, then there is no need to buy ADUNs. Simple.
