Sitemeter's dead

One Millionth Party. Was looking forward to throwing a million-hit do at the National Press Club before its Annual General Meeting and election of office bearers for the 2007-2009 term [during which the General Election will surely be held] scheduled for the end of this month.
The SiteMeter stopped at 957,596 reader two or three days ago.
If my cyberSmith can't fix it, nobody can.

  1. Yes, i also realized that your sitemeter is not working since two three days ago. It's stop counting the hits.

Why this happen? Can you check your account with Site Meter administrator?

    Dear Rocky
At least two hits every minute, and continously for the last 10 months. Staggering and frightening.

    Why is my counter stuck?

Site Meter is a little different than other counters. It counts visits and not page views . The number that is shown on your counter is the number of visitors and it will only increment when a new visitor comes to your site.

    Try getting new HTML Code.
    Adios

    Sdra Rocky,

If nothing else could be done with your existing meter, try register a new one and set it to begin counting at 957,596.. not sure if it works that way though. haven't tried it

    Hi bro,

Maybe this is the cause of the problem. Found from the Site meter weblog. As you're using s25 sitemeter, here wat they said.:

    March 9th, 2007
    s25 - Update
We are aware of delays and lag on s25 and are doing are best to resolve it. In this case we had a particular site that has been running a promotion, nearly quadrupling their traffic. We’re working on relocation this site to another server. We expect to see the lag dissipate over the weekend.

    Thanks,
    The Sitemeter Team

The voice of reason is ringing loud and clear. The voice of reason is reverberating across the corridors of power. The voice of reason is at the forefront of the unending struggle against lies, treachery, hypocrisy, plagiarism, idiocy, stupidity, racism and religious extremism. It is the voice of the silent majority. It is a voice that refuses to succumb to threats, and suits. It is a voice that speaks for Malaysians of all races. It is a voice that unites the people. It is a voice that punches above its weight. Yes, it's right, it is the voice of the bloggers. The bloggers have arrived. It is the voice of a new breed of freedom fighters. It is the voice of The Rock, aisehman, jeff, nuraina, zorro, tony phua, susan loone, marina, dessiderata, aisehman, shanhaistephen, tiuniama, Liz elizabeth wong, and many more.
