Dr M fires a big round at Royal businessmen

Read The Mole´s exclusive Dr M: Malay Rulers should not be involved in business deals
No stopping this Statesman now. Dr Mahathir Mohamad is going after some of the people who live in our Royal households and the latest salvo is aimed directly at those who have been dabbling in lucrative bussiness projects. You may call him a senile old man or accuse him of suffering from pensioner´s syndrome but he ain´t keeping his mouth shut and we have all got to deal with that.
The former PM´s stand on the Royalty is well known and documented. It´s not that he doesn´t love members of our Royalty; it is just that the Tun doesn´t like the fact that some of these members of the Royalty continue to take advantage of their positions while allowing themselvs to be taken advantage of.
We should be hearing more from the Statesman (since we don´t see anyone else berani enough to speak out on the issue). I don.t expect the Rulers - at least some of them - to remain quiet. Billlions are at stake here.

I have not seen any approval from the government agencies on the massive tanjung Puteri development of R&F Properties in Johor. Not even a typical development signboard!!!

The construction continues like nobody business. Since when foriegn companies like R&F Properties is above the law?

    KEBENARAN MERANCANG MENGIKUT AKTA 172

Yeah, the father of cronyism, corruption and racism is ordering the Royal family to lay off from business so that his cronies (and sons as well) could pillage more.

Datuk Rocky, how come I can't access the stated article online? I can't even access the Mole's website since this morning.

    Something ikan going on.

I hope Tun Dr. M will continue to make noise about this issue. He is the only one in Malaysia who is capable of disciplining the royal families.

Apparently, those mega-projects in Johor didn't even have an EIA yet. Somebody please clarify to Malaysians especially Johoreans. Otherwise, how come even Singapore is alarmed about the environmental impact of the reclamation projects?

It is unreasonable to keep asking for Tun to take care of our future. we must all voice our displeasure thru the available channels.

it really is time to expect better governance from all paries.

We saw's and herd, not only rulers but also minister and government official are involving themselves in business competing with ordinary Malay ,thus making 30% allocation more difficult for the ordinary Malay businessman .

No way ordinary Malay businesses could compete when this power and influential , with money to facilitate their intention .

NEP, is still not a success , the ordinary Malay were put to blamed .

  19. AH PHOO, What is the basis ?

Anak Mahathir, Sharizat & family, Samy & Co, Badawi & Family and UMNO cronies engage in sweet business deals with no competition or rivalry and cock-sure profits guaranteed by the government or GLCs , why the royalties should not engage in business ?

Hahaha, what a hypocrite the old man is. His children and cronies get big deals, and he expects others to remain on the sidelines. Tell you what, Latuk Locky, people who live in glass houses should not throw stones.
