Verdict on TBH today

Updated. 5 Jan, near midnight. We know the non-verdict verdict by Coroner Azmil Mustapha Abas earlier today. I don't know what to make out of it. Blogger SatD, who usually knows stuff normal people don't, is asking questions too ..

Will Teoh Beng Hock certificate of Death have
MATI TERJATUH DARIPADA BANGUNAN
or is it
TIDAK DI BUNUH DAN TIDAK MEMBUNUH DIRI?

Which one

why so ?

Duty of Coroner or Magistrate holding inquiry to forward copy of finding

  2. Datuk,

Khalid Gagap bikin drama atas soal lantikan Dato Mohd Khusrin Munawi sebagai SUK Selangor yang baru. Sampai tergamak derhaka pada DYMM Sultan.

Rupanya 'wayang' keatas 'kematian mengejut' Teoh Beng Hock akan keluo hari ni......

Andai kata Inkues ini mendapati Teoh mati kerana bunuh diri, maka habislah drama dan sengala sandiwara oleh dalang dalang wayang kulit Pakatan Rakyat.

Inilah akibat PEMBOHONG, PENIPU, KAKI WAYANG diangkat ke tahap kuasa eksekutif!

Kami rakyat Selangor dah letih. Banyak lagi isu pembangunan & menambah-baik ekonomi yang kerajaan PR Selangor belum atau tidak buat lagi. Namun bermain politik adalah lebih penting bagi mereka!

  5. Herewith my FORECAST:

    1) TBH case will be declared as a SUICIDAL case.

    2) MACC officers implicated in the case will go off scot-free. If the implicated MACC officers are pleaded GUILTY, then, this will bring severe repercussion to the dignity & reputation of MACC as a whole.

    3) Pleading MACC as the GUILTY party will also give extra edge to PAKATAN RAKYAT as their political tool during election campaigns. Why give ya rivals an extra weapon when you can choose not to, right???

    4) PAKATAN RAKYAT will hold/organize some sort of STREET DEMO PROTESTS against the verdict. As usual, 'the rakyat' then gotta succumb to unnecessary traffic chaos every here & there.

    5) PAKATAN RAKYAT leaders will cry foul but to no avail. Very predictable & usual move!!!

    6) MACC will continue to function as normal but will exercise cautioun during interrogation sessions upon the time of verdict.

    7) BN govt will come out saying "The TRUTH had been revealed" & there's no point debating the verdict. Something like "Let's move on" will perhaps be their slogan.

    8) Poor TBH family will be left to further MISERY. Not only they got defeated by the MACC of which many said to be associated with BN but they TBH family memebers also got PLAYED-OUT by PAKATAN RAKYAT who had time & time again make used of the family to gain cheap publicity.

    9) That AH PEK who is seen at almost the entire court sessions will get his SALARY drawn by PAKATAN RAKYAT (Contract sudah TAMAT). What's that AH PEK next job??? You gotta ask him then.

    10) Candles merchants/sellers profit will SHOOT UP due to the many CANDLELIGHT VIGILS that will be organized by PAKATAN RAKYAT. Don't be surprise to find the supply of CANDLES in the Kedai Runcit near your place to run out of stock for a thing called "LILIN".

PREDICTION written at 12:43pm (5th Jan. 2011). Lets' see how well I fare with my FORECAST.

  8. The smart ass Judge gave an "open verdict" judgment....passing the buck to someone else.
How many cases have you heard a Judge give a conclusion that it is the evidences are not conclusive enough for him to say it...conclusively.
One commentator said the Judge must love "Yes Minister" comedy show.
And when Nazri asked the relatives to have an open heart to the verdict...one replied he wished that was Nazri's son being murdered...and his his heart is as open as his wife's hole.
For my personal view...all important issues that will point towards Najib loosing more votes will be unsolved..or investigated with proper firm clear conclusions.
However many side shows Malaysians are getting ...this verdict will surely inspire more to vote against the sickening double headed corrupted Govt....extremely smart with their double talks and tricks.

Today, we are not proud to be Malaysian. It is so shameful.

This is a bloody farce. We have enough of it. Either the govt do something right or we will set it right the next election.

    Not murdered nor suicide.
    He just died.
    Pity, what a meaningless death.
Not murdered therefore cannot pin blame on his murderer.
Not suicide therefore his last message on the paper will forever be ignored.
Not married, not a father not anything...he just died.

    Pity

    Datuk,

What lah, how can there be no label for this death?

If it's not homicide, not suicide - the least the bench could have called it suddencide lah. End of story and there will be no more speculation. Now blogsphere will go on overdrive again on this issue.

Please lah, go tell the judge to pronounce it suddencide! Learn from the police and/or the newspapers when they always call this kind of unexplainable death "sudden death." And no one ever question one bit! kah kah kah kah

  12. Not suicide not murder? The poor guy died falling from a height how can it be an open verdict.

I hope the DAP lawyers appeal the decision of the Coroner to the High Court. The evidence adduced from the testimony of the 2 Government doctors plus support evidence by the Mat Salleh Prof. point towards suicide as cause of death. These evidences will be given more weight in the High Court I presume.

  13. PM Najib promised that "no stone will be left unturned" in finding out TBH's cause of death.

So, since the coroner's verdict is inconclusive, the next step is a RCI.

Or will Najib, due once again to selective short-term memory, declare another flip-flop U-turn and overtake AAB's indecisive trait?

    The world awaits!

And the ghost of TBH will not haunt DAP; there's no need to as there's absolutely no connection. But it will haunt the men of cows and cars and their "self-strangled" stupid and low intellect lawyer, the AG and the police investigators involved!!

  17. based on the available evidences and the accounts/performance from both sides, there are many questions unanswered and many things unable to trace, what is not right with the open verdict then??

    Not homicide.

    Not suicide.

Teoh Beng Hock must still be alive, then 'cos that window which he allegedly fell out from is quite difficult to get through.

RCI to investigate MACC's procedures but not the death of a rakyat while in coustody.

AG to pursue through the courts ... he can also stop the process, for whatever reason he chooses later on.

For the Teoh Beng Hock family, it is a nightmare.
