Obviously can't comment much without having a peek of the verdict transcript.<br /><br />Personally, I think beating an eminent domain claim is literally impossible. Some quarter claims the kampung at sentul (forgotten the name)was an example how to beat eminent domain claim, however, the actual verdict in that case is much different than our understanding.
